Service Description

This is the comprehensive meditation programme in which all 9 centres are initiated, and the aspirant is taught to meditate in these 9 centres. The aspirant is also taught about Jyothi meditation, Navagraha meditation, and Vinappa meditation. The duration of the programme is 9 one-hour sessions. This will be followed by personal grooming and the aspirant will be taken forward to other courses based on his interest and dedication.
